🇰🇷🇰🇵Two Koreas open first liaison office since World War II l Al Jazeera English

North and South Korea have opened a joint liaison office in Kaesong, just north of the border – establishing a permanent channel of communication between the two sides that have no formal diplomatic relations. The opening comes just days before South Korean President Moon Jae-in is due to meet North Korean leader Kim Jong-un.
