The UN’s International Commission of Inquiry into the war in Syria says unprecedented numbers of people have been forced from their homes – more than a million so far this year.
Many have relocated to Idlib – the last rebel-held province.
The commission fears the humanitarian disaster will get worse when the expected all-out government offensive on Idlib begins.
