After 18 months of trading insults and threats of nuclear annihilation, Donald Trump and Kim Jong-un have held face-to-face talks in Singapore.
It is the first time a sitting US president has met with a North Korean leader.
At stake: denuclearisation on the Korean Peninsula and a formal end to the Korean War, almost 70 years after it began.
