In Chile, thousands of protestors are stepping up their demands for a new constitution and the resignation of President Sebastian Pinera. Many have suffered serious injuries in recent anti-government demonstrations. They accuse the police of brutality and of intentionally shooting protestors in the head with rubber bullets. President Pinera says any excessive use of force will be investigated.
