Mark Wright is here to help you be your best self! Come and join us live every day this week (25th – 29th May) at 9am for a 40 minute workout.

Mark has been hosting workouts every day on his own platforms with celeb buddies like Laura Whitmore, Keith Lemon, Pixie Lott and Tyson Fury. This week he’s brought his sessions to the BBC to train you!

Mark takes a lot of inspiration from his brother’s training, who plays for Leyton Orient, and his own football background, so these exercises are great to maintain or kickstart your football fitness.

Expect a mix of HIIT style exercises suitable for a range of fitness levels.

If you miss it, it will be available on catch up immediately after… so there’s no excuses!
