French President Emmanuel Macron laid a wreath in front of the Bataclan theatre, Monday, in memory of the 90 people who were killed in an attack at the venue two years ago.
Also in attendance was former French President Francois Hollande and Paris Mayor Anne Hidalgo.
A total of 130 people were killed on November 13, 2015 in a series of attacks in the French capital. Attacks were carried out at five locations including the Bataclan theatre and the Stade de France.
The attacks were carried out by a group affiliated with the self-proclaimed Islamic State (IS, formerly ISIS/ISIL).
