Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and his German counterpart Heiko Maas speak to press after meeting in Moscow on Wednesday, August 21.
The meeting will focus on ties between regions and civil societies and bilateral cooperation in the scientific, education, cultural, humanitarian, trade and economic areas.
Major international issues, including developments in Ukraine and Syria, the situation regarding Iran as well as the issues of global stability and strategic security are also expected to be on the agenda of the negotiations.
