Russia’s Permanent Representative to the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) Alexander Shulgin is making a statement in The Hague on Friday, October 12.
Shulgin is expected to comment on the statement made by the UK Ambassador to the Netherlands, Peter Wilson, during the OPCW’s 89th Executive Council Session.
During the speech, Wilson commented on the alleged hacking attempt on the OPCW by GRU, Russia’s intelligence agency, while the organisation was attempting to identify the nerve agent used in the attack on former Russian spy Sergei Skripal in Salisbury, UK in March.
