The German national football team is holding a press conference in Vatutinki, Moscow Region, on Wednesday, June 13, ahead of the beginning of the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
With four world titles won, ‘Die Mannschaft’ are the current holders of the trophy and aim to be the third team to win back-to-back World Cups, joining Italy (1934-1938) and Brazil (1958-1962). Germany will dispute Group F alongside South Korea, Mexico and Sweden.
The 2018 FIFA World Cup is scheduled to take place in Russia from June 14 to July 15, 2018, with a total of 64 matches set to be played in 12 venues located in 11 cities across the country.
