Turkey’s Anadolu Efes snatched a win against Fenerbahce Beko in the first-ever all-Turkish semi-final at Fernando Buesa Arena in the Spanish city of Vitoria-Gasteiz on Friday, securing a spot in the EuroLeague final.
Anadolu Efes, which made it to the last four for the first time in 18 years, will play against either Real Madrid or CSKA Moscow in the final, depending on the result of the remaining semi-final game.
Anadolu Efes player Vasilije Micic expressed his joy over the victory, “I feel very happy. I cannot hide my emotions. I am very glad that my team won. Today we have our chance in the final.”
