Protesters have reached an agreement with the military to suspend a three-day nationwide strike in Sudan and resume talks for civilian rule.
An Ethiopian envoy says the military has agreed to release political prisoners in exchange,
The strike was a response to a military crackdown last week that killed nearly 130 people.
The military has launched an investigation and arrested several people.
