The International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) held an emergency meeting in Vienna on Wednesday to discuss Iran’s nuclear program and the uranium enrichment limits the country has reportedly exceeded.

The meeting follows a US request after the IAEA reported that Iran has stocked more than the 300kg of enriched uranium, exceeding the limit set by the 2015 Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).

Iran said that as of Sunday it will begin breaking another key limit set in the JCPOA, which restricts the enrichment level of its uranium stockpile to 3.67 percent.

Footage shows delegations from the participant countries, including Russia and the United States, present at the meeting.
