Greek banks reopened on Monday after being closed for three weeks but many restrictions remain.
The limit on cash withdrawals stays at sixty euros a day, capped at 300 euros this week. That will be raised next week to 420 euros.
Customers may not cash cheques, only deposit them, and can not buy anything online.
Businesses need special approval to pay for imports.
Some customers reported that many bank branches were not ready for business which resulted in frustrated customers.
