Rockets from Ethiopia’s Tigray fired at Eritrean capital Asmara | DW News
A new wave of rocket attacks launched from Ethiopia’s northern Tigray region has targeted Asmara, the capital of neighboring Eritrea. There have been reports of multiple explosions in the city. This came just hours after Ethiopia’s military declared victory in its military campaign against Tigray’s ruling party. The Tigray People’s Liberation Front admitted previous rocket attacks on Eritrea, accusing it of sending troops to support Ethiopian forces.
