Teams are going door to door administering vaccinations after a sudden measles epidemic has claimed the lives of dozens of children in Samoa. Authorities have warned unvaccinated families to place a red warning flag outside their homes. The outbreak is said to be linked to low vaccination rates and “anti vaxx” rhetoric
