Saudi oil attacks: UN Security Council holds back on blaming Iran
The attacks on Saudi Arabia’s oil refineries have been discussed at a United Nations Security Council meeting, where the UN envoy for Yemen was giving a scheduled briefing.
While the new US ambassador made it clear that Washington believes the Houthis did not stage this attack alone, other members did not apportion blame.
