A signed football jersey worn by the late Diego Maradona in his farewell match is expected to be sold at an auction on December 4, as displayed in the auctioneer’s boutique in Beverly Hills on Wednesday.
The Argentinian football legend played his farewell game on the November 10 in 2001 at La Bombonera arena in Buenos Aires. Argentina beat an All-Star team six to three, with two goals from the superstar.
Maradona died at the age of 60 after suffering a heart failure on Wednesday.
